We are very proud to share this good news of our next tomorrows’ chef , who have got 100 % result in CYEVT\NSTB Level 1 Skills test examination , held in last month .

13 graduates of Culinary arts and Food Production from IHM College had participated in Skills test exam which was held in Banepa politecnical, Banepa, Nepal and all of them got 100 % result .

IHM College ( Where chefs are Bormn ) would like to give them big congratulation for their outstanding records and for their first step of Culinary world. All of them were already in VISA Process in world reputed hotels and air catering globally .

Carving training held at IHM , Satdobato

Carving , is a form of art , the art where you can free to express your thought and idea to shape up . it is the act of using tools to shape something from a material by scraping away portions of that material. The technique can be applied to any material that is solid enough to hold a form even when pieces have been removed from it, and yet soft enough for portions to be scraped away with available tools

here we invited to chef shivahari ghimire, one of the very renowned carving chef in town to show his extra ordinary skill in carving to our next generation chef from ihm college.

he did carving of some vegetables, fruits etc .

‘1Khasi-52 Parikar’ historical tribute to Masterchef Shah

Nepalese Chef society along with some veteran Chefs from IHM College and I am with Chef has given a historical tribute to Masterchef Santosh Shah by ‘1Khasi-52 Parikar’ in Pokhara.

During the visit of pokhara, Masterchef Santosh Shah was invited by Nepalese chef in co ordination with Everest INN ( UK ) and Pokhara .
